  • Contact my current or former employer, college, university, or personal representative to verify my references.
  • Store personal and employment data on our system whilst working with Speedy Drivers.
  • Share information with the governing bodies or regulatory authorities (in case of emergency).
  • Share information with its clients upon request to fulfill the employment role.
  • Check my right of work (if not a British citizen).
  • Check my driving license for points and bans (every 3 months).
  • Can send me the newsletters and job alerts via email, text and phone calls.

  • Site Health & Safety policies.
  • Site Abuse & Discrimination policies.
  • Alcohol and Drug policy to ensure safe workplace practice.

  • Keep the vehicles and equipment clean and in working order.
  • Site fire & safety protocols & procedures.
  • Fill up accident or incident forms immediately and supply any required information.

  • I have no criminal convictions other than any treated as spent under the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Defenders Act 1974 or those disclosed on this form.
  • I will apply or willing to apply a full DBS/CRB if needed.
