Identity Documents:

Valid Passport
Valid BRP/BRC
EU Pre/Settlement
Right to Work in UK (check code)
NI Number

Licences:

Valid Driving Licence (plus check code)
Valid DQC Card (if applying as a lorry driver)
Valid Digi Card (if applying as a lorry driver)
Other Qualifications such as; ADR, GDP, PDP, Hiab, Moffet, etc.

Proof of Address:

Utility bill
Bank statement
Council tax bill
(must be issued within the last 3 months)

If registering as a Ltd company:

Certificate of Incorporation
VAT Certificate (if registered)
Company UTR Number
Business Bank Account

DBS/CRB Certificate:

A valid DBS/CRB certificate issued within the last 3 months

Employment References:

5 years complete employment reference check to be made prior any job offers
