Speedy Drivers Recruitment Agency Terms and Conditions for Clients:
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Speedy Drivers (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") and Clients (hereinafter referred to as "the Client"). 1.2 By engaging the services of the Agency, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
2.1 The Agency agrees to provide recruitment services to the Client, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. 2.2 The Client agrees to provide accurate and detailed job specifications and other relevant information to enable the Agency to carry out its services effectively.3. Fees and Payment
3.1 The Client agrees to pay the Agency and not the candidates placed to cover the job, the amount of which will be specified in a separate agreement. 3.2 Payment terms, including invoicing and due dates, will be outlined in the separate agreement.4. Confidentiality
5.1 Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged during the recruitment process as confidential. 5.2 The Agency will not disclose any confidential information regarding the Client's business operations, staffing requirements, or other sensitive details to third parties without the Client's express consent.5. Compliance with Laws
6.1 The Agency agrees to operate in compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. 6.2 The Client agrees to provide accurate and non-discriminatory information regarding job requirements and workplace conditions.6. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the booking outside 24hrs in writing without claiming any compensation or charges.7.2 If the Client terminates the booking within 24hrs or after the Agency has presented suitable candidates, the Client is responsible to pay full.
7. Liability
8.1 The Agency's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific recruitment service. 8.2 The Agency is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the actions or performance of candidates placed with the Client.8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. 9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.9. Miscellaneous
